Please collect medication from the main Reception desk. Repeat medication can be ordered using our online click and collect service Please allow 48 hours (72 hours over a weekend) before travelling to the practice to collect this medication. Clients choosing to wait in the car park should give their mobile number to Reception when checking in, so that the vet is able to call when it is time to attend the appointment. When checking in please let Reception know whether you would like to wait in the waiting room or wait outside (preferable for nervous pets or when the waiting room is busy). There is a particular shortage of routine appointments between 12th and 17th September and appointments for these days are now restricted to telephone booking only (not available through the online system).Īll clients should check in at the main Reception desk in the waiting room. Please let us know if you book an appointment and then find that you are unable to attend. There is currently high demand for appointments. All appointments must be booked in advance – please don’t just turn up! Please call Reception during normal opening hours to make an appointment or use the online booking service via the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT MONDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER IS NOW A BANK HOLIDAY AND THERE WILL BE NO ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS, JUST OUR EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS SERVICE (the same as is provided on a Sunday). Our on-site out of hours emergency service will operate as normal outside of these times. Opening hours are 8am to 8pm weekdays and 8am to 4:30pm on Saturdays.
Demand has been exceptional over the last month and we have a duty to ensure that our existing clients continue to receive a high level of care and adequate appointment availability. This will be reviewed on a weekly basis and the website will be updated when there is capacity to take on new clients once again. Unfortunately the practice is not able to accept new registrations at this time.
